Unfortunately, the energy of the Liver and Gallbladder can frequently get stuck, especially when we are under pressure or stressed!
Liver 3 (Liv 3): The Acupressure Point for Stress, Mood, and Smooth Flow of Qi
If you are feeling stressed, tense or emotionally overwhelmed, there is a Liver acupressure point that could help. Liver 3 (Liv 3), also know as Taichong is one of the most commonly used acupressure and acupuncture points in Traditional Chinese Medicine and Five Element acupuncture.
Located on the top of your foot, between your big toe and second toe, this point has been used for centuries to relieve stress, improve mood, and help energy move more smoothly through the body.

What Makes Liver 3 So Special?
In Chinese Medicine, the Liver isn’t just about detoxing—it's deeply connected to your emotions, energy flow, menstrual cycle, and even digestion. How to Find and Use Liver 3
To locate Liver 3, place your finger on the top of your foot, about one to two inches up from the space between your big toe and second toe. There’s often a slight dip there—that’s the spot.
Place an Ear Sphere on each Liver 3 point on both feet. To activate it, use your thumb to gently press and massage for 1–2 minutes on each foot. You can do it once or twice a day, or whenever you feel tension building up.
